Adjourn MINUTES The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 6:00pm. The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance led by Deputy Mayor Corrigan. Regular Items a. Approval: Oak 45 LLC Outside Consumption Permit & Sidewalk Usage Permit Craig Derouchie was present on behalf of Oak 45 for the requested permits. The proposal is for 10 outdoor seats that are custom designed for the area. Discussion regarding maintaining ADA width on the sidewalk and meeting zoning requirements followed. Maura O’Neill from the Winooski Community Partnership expressed support for these permits. MOTION by Deputy Mayor Corrigan, seconded by Councilor Millar to approve the permits for Oak 45 as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn MOTION by Councilor Millar, seconded by Councilor Mace to adjourn the Liquor Control Board meeting at 6:05pm. Voted and passed 4-0.
