Adjourn MINUTES The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:54 p.m. Members Present: Mayor Seth Leonard Councilors: Nicole Mace, Robert Millar Officers Present: Ray Coffey, Interim City Manager; Carol Barrett, City Clerk; Angela Aldieri, Staff Accountant; John Audy, Code Enforcement Director; Rick Hebert, Police Chief; Eliah Ferree, Community Justice Director. II. Public Comment - None III. Regular Items a. Discussion/Approval: Nominations for Eight Person Search Committee to be recommended to City Council (as described in the Approved City Manager Hiring Process Document) The Mayor said they met on July 20, 2016 to discuss the nominations for the Eight Person search committee. He read the following nominees and tonight we are filling the Staff Division Director: Community At-Large: Harka Khadka Community At-Large: Hal Colston Community Partner Organization: Amia Merdzanovic August 1, 2016 Agenda Winooski City Council  Councilor: TBD at August 1st Full Council Meeting Mayor: Seth Leonard Staff Division Director: TBD at August 1st Full Council Meeting Small Business Owner: Sally Tipson Winooski Community Partnership: Sarah Sears The Mayor said the Division Directors met and they have nominated Peter Wernsdorfer as a nominee representing the Staff Division Directors. He also said in our regular meeting tonight we will also nominate a council member. MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Mayor Leonard to approve the nominations for the Eight Person search as presented. Voted and passed 2-0. MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Mayor Leonard to adjourn the nominating committee meeting at 5:56 p.m. Voted and passed 2-0.
