a. Approval: Entertainment Permits for Jazz Festival
It was stated that all the requested permits tonight would be considered together as a part of the Jazz
Festival. The Jazz Festival is traditionally a Burlington event that is expanding over the river into
Winooski this year. The event is to take place between June 2nd and 11th. The Department of Liquor
Control requires permits for those serving alcohol to host these events. There are events that will be
taking place at venues that do not serve alcohol as well. Two additional events associated with the Jazz
Festival have been approved through event review.
MOTION by Deputy Mayor Brian Corrigan, seconded by Councilor Covey to approve the entertainment
permits for the Jazz Festival as presented. Voted and passed 3-0.
IV. Adjourn
