MINUTES
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Deputy
Mayor Corrigan.
Members Present:
Mayor Seth Leonard
Councilors: Brian Corrigan, Brian Sweeney, Eric Covey, Nicole Mace was absent.
Officers Present:
Jessie Baker, City Manager; Carol Barrett, City Clerk; Heather Carrington, Community & Economic Development
Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; James Ticehurst, City Treasurer, Peter Wernsdorfer, Public Works
Director; Kirstie Paschall, Children and Families Director; Angela Aldieri, Staff Accountant
Others Present:
Brian Eckert, Four Quarters; Anthony Fitzsimmons, Wolfsgart; Lydia Ricker, Lillian Whaler, Michael O’Brien
III. Regular Items
Ms. Baker said Brian Eckert from 4 Quarters is requesting and outside consumption permit and entertainment permit. She
said we spoke with Brian this morning concerning the entertainment permit. This property is considered light
manufacturing under the previous zoning. We agreed we would amend the entertainment permit for the weekend of
Waking Windows only. The request for the entertainment was for the year. See attached amendment. The outside
consumption permit is fine and it is the same as last year.
May 1, 2017 Minutes Winooski City Council
MOTION by Councilor Corrigan seconded by Councilor Covey to approve the outside consumption permit for 2017 and
to approve the entertainment permit for the Waking Windows Event to be held on May 5th thru May 7th with the following
hours Friday 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. as presented. Voted and passed 3-0.
MOTION by Councilor Covey seconded by Councilor Corrigan to adjourn Liquor Control Board at 6:06 p.m. Voted and
passed 3-0.
