Approval: First Class Liquor License – 2017 Renewals - Last Stop Sports Bar, LLC – 12 Malletts Bay Avenue – 1st Class, Outside Consumption, Restaurant, and Entertainment Permit IV. Adjourn MINUTES The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 6:00pm. The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance led by Councilor Sweeney. Members Present: Mayor Seth Leonard Councilors: Brian Sweeney, Nicole Mace, Eric Covey Officers Present: Jessie Baker, City Manager; Angela Aldieri, Assistant City Clerk; John Audy, Code Enforcement Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Kirstie Paschall, Children and Families Director; Heather Carrington, Community and Economic Development Director; Peter Wernsdorfer, Public Works Director; Others Present: Sally Tipson; Hal Colston; Adam Dubroff; Larry Williams; Merissa Sears; Jillian Whalen; Shayla Ruland, Last Stop Sports Bar; Shannon Garrett, Last Stop Sports Bar; Minutes of April 17, 2017 Winooski Liquor Control Board Page 1 of 2 www.winooskivt.org III. Regular Items a. Approval: First Class Liquor License - 2017 Renewals – Last Stop Sports Bar, LLC Ms. Baker stated that Last Stop Sports Bar has met all requirements set by the City and discussion regarding moving patrons off the deck after midnight has occurred. The owners were present and noted that they have talked to a neighbor who stopped in and expressed being open to working with their neighbors should issues arise. MOTION by Councilor Mace, seconded by Councilor Covey to approve the licenses and permits for Last Stop Sports Bar, LLC as presented. Voted and passed 3-0. IV. Adjourn MOTION by Councilor Covey, seconded by Councilor Sweeney to adjourn the Liquor Control Board meeting at 6:05pm. Voted and passed 3-0.
