Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Deputy Mayor Nicole Mace. Members Present: Mayor Seth Leonard March 19, 2018 Winooski City Council Councilors: Hal Colston, Eric Covey, Kristine Lott, Nicole Mace. Officers Present: Jessie Baker, City Manager; Carol Barrett, City Clerk; Janet Brouard, Asst. City Clerk; Angela Aldieri, Staff Accountant; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; John Rauscher, Public Works Director; Paul Dreher, Zoning Administrator; Heather Carrington, Economic Dev. Director; John Audy, Fire Chief; Kirstie Paschall, Thrive Director. Others Present: Jonathan DelaBruere, Keith Longmore, Pat Everts, Megan Everts, Jess Lukas, Bridget O’Brien, David Saladino, Erica Quallell, Michael Mahoney, Kelsey Adams, Mike Myers. Meghan Burns, Nathaniel Burns, Eileen Andreoli, John Little, Emilie Inoue, Clement Bissonnette, Dr. Ron Stotyn, Cindy Robare, George Gamelin, Members of the Winooski Fire Dept. Steve Roberge and Amy Pelkey, Drafts N Crafts; Zack Whittemore, Paul Sarne, Communications Coordinator, Aphaia Harper – Lambert, VISTA. III. Regular Items a. Approval: Restaurant Only – 2018 – Renewals MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Colston to approve the Restaurant License for Westside Deli as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. b. Approval: Second Class Liquor License - 2018 - Renewals MOTION by Councilor Covey seconded by Councilor Mace to approve the following Second Class Liquor Licenses, Beverage Warehouse, Inc., KGR Enterprises, Inc. dba Sammy’s Quick Stop, Shiva Ram, LLC dba Winooski Jiffy Mart, Walgreen Eastern Co dba Walgreens as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski. Voted and passed 4-0. c. Approval: First Class Liquor License – 2018 – New Establishment Steve Roberge and Amy Pelkey of Drafts – N – Crafts are going to open a DIY Studio/Tap Room. It will be like a paint and sip. He said they would have various craft projects. They are hoping to open up the first week of April. MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Covey to approve the first Class Liquor License as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. d. Approval: First Class Liquor License – 2018 – Renewals MOTION by Councilor Colston seconded by Councilor Covey to approve the following First Class Liquor Licenses, Outside Consumption Permit, Restaurant License, Entertainment Permit and Sidewalk Usage Permit, Big Red Presents, LLC dba Misery Loves Co., McKee Enterprises, Ltd. dba McKee’s Pub, Regular Veterans Assoc., SWJ Hospitality Inc. dba Mule Bar as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn MOTION by Councilor Covey seconded by Councilor Mace to adjourn Liquor Control Meeting at 6:08 p.m. Voted and passed 4-0.
