The City Manager said Mr. Bogdan Andreescu is here tonight to request approval of a 1st Class Liquor License to open
Jr’s Original, a spin off from Junior’s Pizzeria formally located in Colchester. Mr. Andreescu said he has lived in
Winooski for a while and worked at the former Junior’s, and has wanted to open a restaurant on the same lines. He has
lived in Winooski for several years and thought the spot at 348 Main Street would be an ideal location. He hopes to open
by November 1st. The restaurant will have seating for 50 inside as well as takeout. He will be interested in obtaining
outside consumption in the future. The Mayor welcomed him and looks forward to the opening.
MOTION by Councilor Lott seconded by Councilor Mace to approve the 1st Class Liquor License and Restaurant
License to Winooski Boys, Inc LLC as presented. Voted and passed 4-0.
MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Covey to adjourn the Liquor Control Board meeting at 6:04 pm.
