Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Deputy Mayor Mace. III. Regular Items: a. Approval: 1st Class Commercial Kitchen (a Liquor Control Commercial License is needed with this license) Southern Smoke Foods, LLC, Southern Smoke – 150 W Canal Street Suite 3. August 20, 2018 Winooski City Council The City Manager said Mr. Brian Stefan is here tonight to request approval of a 1st Class Liquor License to operate a Commercial Kitchen located at 150 W Canal Street. His intentions are to open a catering business doing most of the preparation and cooking at this location. The Mayor welcomed him to the City and wished him great success. MOTION by Councilor Lott seconded by Councilor Colston to approve the 1st Class Liquor License to Southern Smoke Foods, LLC as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Covey to adjourn the Liquor Control Board meeting at 6:05 p.m. Voted and passed 4-0.
