9/19/2019 - Minutes I. LaRosa, Patrice Shea Gamache, Joe Gamache, Sarah van Ryckevorsel, Judy Lance Call to Order by: Doug Johnson at 6:34pm Minutes Recorded by: Eric Vorwald II. Changes to the Agenda Mr. Johnson noted that there was an outstanding issue with jurisdiction in this case since there was an appeal of a previous decision that was before the environmental court. He requested comments from the members regarding whether or not they would open a hearing on the matter or postpone to a time certain. After discussion from the members of the Board, the Chair asked for comments or input from the appellants and the applicant. Both parties agreed that postponing was the prudent thing to due in order to ensure jurisdiction was in the hands of the DRB. Mr. Bacewicz made a motion that was seconded by Mr. Lumpkin to postpone the hearing on this issue until the October 17, 2019 meeting of the DRB. All were in favor. Since this was the primary issue on the agenda, the DRB took action to adjourn the meeting and postpone all additional discussions until their October 17th meeting.
