Current Debt Obligations Staff provided and reviewed a detailed listing of current debt obligations and maturities to provide the FC with the knowledge necessary to make recommendations for future financial policies. V. Tax Increment Financing District – Detail Review Staff reviewed the funding of the TIF district in detail to provide the FC with and understanding of how the current structure works and what to expect after the obligations are met.
