Public Comment None III. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Tabled - not enough present members whom attended the meeting to have quorum to vote. IV. Affordability Discussion Affordability will be an important concept in the future work of the FC. To help begin to define affordability and what role the concept will play in Winooski's financial policies staff provided affordability models for household expenses including detailed housing information. FC requested more information about transportation costs, a comparisons of tax rates to grand list values of neighboring towns, details of city sponsored child care and an analysis of how tax rate increases could affect rental rates. Briefly discussed the concept of outsourcing or consolidating services in the future in order save on costs while potentially improve service. Agreed that is a conversation for the future. V.
