FC suggested adding more specific details about what will be discussed at each meeting. FC discussed ways to get more input from the public. V. TIF & Capital Improvement Planning Discussion Angela presented the TIF revenue and expense schedule. FC needs more information about potential capital projects including a review of Master Plan. VI.
