Public Comment None III. City Council Updates (Councilor Aurora Hurd) Councilor Hurd presented the draft City Council Equity Assessment for discussion and mentioned plans for an annual progress check. IV. City Updates (Jenny Willingham) Jenny Willingham spoke about the upcoming Town Meeting Day election on March 7 th election. This election is for all voters regardless of citizenship. Also the need for additional poll workers. V. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Nick Woolf seconded by Abdi Mohamed to approve the minutes of 1.12.23. Motion passed 3 - 0 VI. Equity Audit Findings This will be on the next Agenda on April 13, 2023, when the full commission will be present. Councilor Hurd used this time to continue the discussion around the draft City Council Equity Assessment, including key questions to ask: Clarifying the Purpose, Identify and Plan Outreach to Stakeholders, Considering Impacts, Examining Alternatives or Improvements, and Audit Process. The Commissioners provided valuable feedback to the Commission. Councilor Hurd will bring the responses and feedback to the City Council. VII. Discuss Next Meeting - April 13, 2023 VIII.
