Liquor Control Board Meeting Monday, March 13, 2023, at 6 PM Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott, Councilor Thomas Renner, Councilor Aurora Hurd, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf and Councilor Charles Judge. Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager, Paul Sarne, Communications Director, Jon Rauscher, Public Works Director, Jenny Willingham, City Clerk& Jesse Acri, Human Resources Director. I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM. II. Pledge of Allegiance Minutes: Councilor Renner led the Pledge of Allegiance. III. Regular Items a. Discussion/Approval: Monkey House - Entertainment Permit Application, First Class Restaurant Bar License Application, Outside Consumption Permit Application, Third Class Restaurant Bar License Application - Jenny Willingham, City Clerk Minutes: Monkey House (1st,3rd & Outside Consumption) was presented to the Council with no issues. Motion: Councilor Renner made the motion seconded by Councilor Hurd. Voted and passed 4-0 b. Discussion/Approval: Paquette Farm - First Class Restaurant Bar License Application - Jenny Willingham, City Clerk Minutes: Papa Franks (1st) was presented to the Council with no issues. Motion: Councilor Renner made the motion seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve. Voted and passed 4-0 c. Discussion/Approval: Sneakers - First Class Restaurant Bar License Application, Outside Consumption Permit Application, Third Class Restaurant Bar License Application - Jenny Willingham, City Clerk  Minutes: Sneakers (1st, 3rd and Outside Consumption) was presented to the Council with no issues. Motion: Councilor Hurd made the motion seconded by Councilor Renner to approve. Voted and passed 4-0 d. Discussion/Approval: Waterworks - First Class Restaurant Bar License Application, Waterworks - Outside Consumption Permit Application, Third Class Restaurant Bar License Application - Jenny Willingham, City Clerk Minutes: Waterworks (1st,3rd & Outside Consumption) were presented to Council with no issues. Motion: Councilor Renner made the motion seconded by Councilor Oakleaf to approve. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn Minutes: At 6:07 a motion to adjourn the Liquor Control Board Meeting.
