Adjourn Minutes The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Deputy Mayor Colston led the Pledge of Allegiance. Others Present Meredith Bay-Tyack, Winooski Downtown Executive Director III. Regular Items a. Approval: First Class Liquor License – 2020- Renewals • Four Quarters Brewing – 150 West Canal St – 1st Class, Outside Consumption Permit, Restaurant License., Entertainment Permit The Mayor asked if staff had any issues with this permit. The City Manager said there were none. MOTION by Councilor Duncan seconded by Councilor Myers to Approve the First-Class Liquor License, Outside Consumption Permit, Restaurant License and Entertainment Permit to Four Quarters Brewing as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. MOTION by Councilor Duncan seconded by Councilor Myers to adjourn the Winooski Liquor Control Board meeting at 6:03 pm. Voted and passed 4-0.
