Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Councilor Myers led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott Councilors: Michael Myers, Bryn Oakleaf, James Duncan, Hal Colston was absent. Officers Present: Wendy Harrison, Interim City Manager; Carol Barrett, City Clerk; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Heather Carrington, Community and Economic Development Officer; Jon Rauscher, Public works Director; Phoebe Townsend, Human Resources Manager; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Eric Vorwald, Planning & Zoning Manager. Others Present: Collin Sourdiff, Sour Hall Foods, LLC; George Cross, Kirsten Wilson, Laura Wade, Zahra Mohamed, Meredith Bay-Tyback, Seth Leonard, Britta Tonn, Leann. III. Regular Items a. Approval: 2021 Liquor License First Class, Third Class, Outside Consumption Permit and Restaurant License Sour Hall Foods, LLC dba Wicked Wings – 211 Main St. #2 The Mayor introduced Collin Sourdiff of Sour Hall Foods, LLC dba Wicked Wings located at 211 Main St. Mr. Sourdiff said he has been in business for 11 years in Essex and decided to make his move to Winooski and hoping to open December 1. The Mayor thanked him for coming tonight and wished him the best. MOTION by Councilor Myers seconded by Councilor Duncan to approve the 1st Class, 3rd Class Liquor License, Outside consumption permit and Restaurant License for Sour Hall Foods, LLC dba Wicked Wings as presented. Voted and passed 3-0. MOTION by Councilor Duncan seconded by Councilor Myers to adjourn the Liquor control Meeting at 6:08 p.m. Voted and passed 3-0. ATTEST__________________________ City Clerk
