II. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilor Thomas Renner III. Regular Items A. Approval – Tobacco License: SPECS, LLC – 7 West Canal Street Minutes: Jenny Willingham, City Clerk informed council that SPECS would like to add a tobacco license. Motion: A motion was made by Councilor Judge, seconded by Councilor Renner. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn A motion to adjourn by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Oakleaf.
