Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6 PM. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott; Deputy Mayor Thomas Renner, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf, Councilor Aurora Hurd, and Councilor Charles Judge. Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager; Paul Sarne, Communications Manager, Eric Vorwald, Planning & Zoning Manager, Jon Rauscher, Public Works Director, Ray Coffey, Community Services Director, Angela Aldieri, Finance Director, Jenny Willingham, City Clerk and Anne Donna, Assistant City Clerk Others Present: Douglas Johnson II. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Deputy Mayor Thomas Renner. III. Regular Items A. Discussion/Approval: Last Stop Sports Bar - 12 Malletts Bay Avenue • First Class Liquor License Renewal • Third Class Liquor License Renewal • Entertainment Permit Renewal • Restaurant Application Renewal Motion: Motion by Councilor Judge seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve these applications. Voted and Passed 4-0. B. Discussion/Approval: Lara Trading LLC- 357 Main Street • Second Class Liquor License Renewal • Tobacco License Renewal • Tobacco Substitute Endorsement License Renewal Motion: Motion by Councilor Judge seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve these applications Voted and Passed 4-0. C. Discussion/Approval: Beverage Warehouse - 1 East Street • Second Class Liquor License Renewal Tobacco License Renewal Motion: Motion by Councilor Judge seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve these applications. Voted and Passed 4-0. D. Discussion/Approval: Gumshoe d/b/a Sneakers - 28 Main Street • Sidewalk Permit Motion: Motion by Councilor Judge seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve these applications Voted and Passed 4-0. E. Discussion/Approval: Monkey Hospitality - 30 Main Street • Sidewalk Permit Motion: Motion by Councilor Judge seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve these applications. Voted and Passed 4-0. F. Discussion/Approval: Chida Enterprises LLC - Sammy's Quick Stop • Second Class License Renewal • Tobacco License Renewal • Tobacco Substitute Endorsement Renewal Motion: Motion by Councilor Judge seconded by Councilor Hurd to approve these applications. Voted and Passed 4-0. G. Discussion/Approval: Asian Bistro - 25 Winooski Falls Suite 112 • First Class Liquor Renewal • Third Class Liquor Renewal Motion: Motion by Councilor Hurd seconded by Councilor Judge to approve these applications Including the Restaurant application. Voted and Passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn Motion: Motion by Deputy Mayor Renner seconded by Councilor Oakleaf to adjourn at 6:03 PM.
