Call to Order The meeting was called to order at: 6 PM. Members Present: Deputy Mayor Thomas Renner, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf, Councilor Aurora Hurd, Councilor Charles Judge Officers Present: Jon Rauscher Interim City Manager, Paul Sarne Communications Director, Jenny Willingham City Clerk, Anne Donna Assistant Clerk, Angela Aldieri Finance Director Others Present: Thomas Maloney, Chris Perlitz, Kathy Zhou, Jonah Frangiosa, Connor Daley II. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Deputy Mayor Thomas Renner III. Regular Items A. Approval - Pradhan, Bhakta & Maya d/b/a A&A Asian Market - 12 Malletts Bay Ave • Tobacco Substitute Endorsement License Renewal • Second Class License Approved December 4, 2023 Motion: A motion by Councilor Oakleaf, seconded by Councilor Judge to approve this license. Voted and passed 4-0. B. Approval - Fusion Café & Bar, LLC d/b/a Fusion Café - 211 Main Street • First Class Liquor License - Renewal • Third Class Liquor License – Renewal • Restaurant Application – Renewal Motion: A motion by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Judge to approve the liquor license renewals. Voted and passed 4-0.  C. Discussion/Approval: Authorize City Clerk to Authorize any Permits Received Prior to April 1, 2024 Conditioned on no staff concerns and the City Manager’s approval. The Liquor Control Board will have the opportunity for ratification during their meeting on April 1, 2024. Motion: A motion by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Judge to authorize City Clerk to approve permits prior to April 1, 2024. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn Motion: A motion by Councilor Oakleaf and seconded by Councilor Judge to adjourn at 6:04 p.m. Voted and passed 4-0.
