Berman Minutes/Notes: PWC reviewed minutes from Oct. meeting and voted to approve. IV. Department and City Updates Presentation: J. Rauscher Discussion: Decision: Motion by: Second: Minutes/Notes: FY ‘20 draft budget presented, proposal is for level service operating budget. Proposed CIP projects include Hickock St. water main replacement and street reconstruction and Main St. joint repair work. East Allen Scoping Study presented by CCRPC; DPW winter operations include potential new brining procedure. DPW may collaborate with VTRANS on this. CCRPC Unified Planning Work Program accepting project submissions through 1/18/19. Main St. Revitalization project ongoing, DPW negotiating the preliminary design to bid phase for Jan. ‘19 Council review. Myers Pool design is underway. Potential upcoming design meetings and public meeting to solicit feedback. Bridge rail rehab project winding down. Water treatment plant headworks and upgrades to garage at 90% review submission. Roadway resurfacing on River St. complete, paving schedule to commence pending weather. V. Ordinance Review Presentation: J. This will be done by Council liaison or Commission members. ● Tree Ordinance update - Due to funding requirements, PWC recommends to wait on advancing the tree ordinance until CC approves the budget. ● Construction Specs - DPW working through designing and updating building specifications that would apply to all projects VI.
