Changes To The Agenda None 3. Public Comment None 4. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Meeting minutes from 2.28.19 Approved Motion by: Pallas Second: Terry 5. Initial Review Of Parking Standards Presentation by Eric Vorwald. Eric presented 6 options; PC requested parking ordinance, list of issues that have come up with developers and examples of how other cities have dealt with this. PC will continue to discuss this and may request a city - wide parking study. 6. Initial Review Of Split Zoning PC requested a map showing current lot sizes and information about minimum lot sizes in areas where residential and commercial zones meet and about buffer requirements. 7. Review Of Input On List Of Ordinance Items PC requested that Eric bring a few of the “ low hanging fruits” on the list back to us. 8. Discussion On Future Meeting Schedule We are considering going back to meeting once/month, possibly the first or second Thursday of the month. 9. City Updates Presentation by Eric Vorwald Second public hearing of Master Plan will be at City Council Meeting on Monday March 18. New City website is live, new permitting forms are on the site.
