Discuss Future Meeting Dates And Times We will meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30. We discussed the idea of not meeting in April, we voted and have decided not to meet.. 6. Review Of Information On Parking Eric presented an excerpt from the 2017 parking study, chapter 15 of the municipal code (parking), resident only parking information and winter parking ban map for the PC to review. At a future meeting, Eric will invite interested parties to come and talk to us about parking concerns. 7. Review Of Information On Split Zoning Eric presented a zoning map of the city. The map shows buffers so that we can see what it would look like if a developer buys an adjoining property that is not in the Gateway District. The map allows us to see what a buffer of 75 ’, 100 ’, etc. looks like. 8. Discussion Of Miscellaneous Zoning Amendments Eric provided some old proposed amendments to Zoning that have not been adopted. Eric suggested that we review these and decide if we want/need to revisit them. 9. City Updates March 18 City Council approved the Master Plan. Diversity Training on April 6, PC is invited to attend.
