Changes to the Agenda None III. Public Comment None IV. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Motion by: Terry Second: Abby Minutes for 5/23/19 and 6/13/19 meeting approved with correction V. Discussion on Draft Work Program PC agreed that we will begin with a review of Form Based Code. PC expects to review and update parking regulations and incentives for development as well as discuss ways to support and develop Historic Preservation Regulations as part of the Form Based Code review. PC would also like to continue to discuss zoning in the parks. VI. Appointments to the Planning Commission 2 openings on the PC, a call will go out for new members. VII. Discussion of Officers PC needs a Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary. We will discuss at our next meeting since all members are not present. VIII. Department and City Updates Presentation: Eric and Kristine DRB meeting next week about 2 items. DRB issued a decision on the Main and Mansion project. City issued a formal public comment regarding the noise maps and a conversation has begun around how S Burlington, Winooski and Burlington can work together. City Council meeting on August 19 will recognize Rita Martell with a resolution honoring her service to the city. IX. Other Business Zoning amendment document from S Burlington was shared with PC.
