Changes to the Agenda None III. Public Comment None IV. East Allen Street Scoping Study Public Meeting #2 : VHB presented on the alternatives analysis for the East Allen Street Scoping Study. Discussions occurred during the presentation regarding specific options and treatments for the corridor.
