Continue Review of Form-Based Code Siting Standards Eric presented proposed language to add to Building Form Standards, PC had a robust discussion on the siting language that was proposed and decided it may be appropriate to have a field trip and review conditions on the ground for a better perspective on the proposed changes. VI. Review of Form-Based Code Architectural Standards VII. Discussion on Change of Date – November Meeting Meeting changed to either November 7 or November 21, Eric will let us know which night. VIII. Department and City Updates VT League of Cities and Towns Fall Planning Forum on October 23. Chittenden Housing Council Convening meeting on October 29. Eric shared information about Form Based Code from South Burlington, if PC has any comments he requested that we pass them along. South Burlington City Council voted to eliminate parking requirements. Hotel update: RFP for lot 7d proposals have come in, interviews were held with the teams who submitted and will be discussed with CC on the 29th with the hope to announce a successful candidate by November 1.
