The Village of Withee Board met on February 16, 2023, in the Municipal Building, Conference Room at 6 p.m. for
a Special Board meeting.
ROLL CALL
President Lindgren called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by Trustees Lindgren, Shelton, Gehrke,
Kalepp, and Frankewicz. Clerk Niemi recorded the minutes.
CLOSED SESSION
A Kalepp/Gehrke motion at 6:08 p.m. to enter closed session per SS 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment,
promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data – to conduct interviews for director of public works
position carried with all ayes.
A Gehrke/Shelton motion at 7:04 p.m. to reconvene into open session carried with all ayes.
There was no action to report. The next special meeting for interviewing will be Monday, February 20, 2023, at 6
p.m.
A Kalepp/Shelton motion to adjourn at 7:11 p.m. carried with all ayes.
