The Withee Village Board met on May 8, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. in the Municipal Building
Conference Room.
President Lindgren called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by Trustees Lindgren,
Shelton, Gehrke, Frankewicz, and Kalepp. Clerk Niemi recorded the meeting. Also present
were Cindy Cardinal and DPW Derek Schad.
There was no community input.
President Lindgren’s Appointments for the April 2023-2024 term were:

A Gehrke/Kalepp motion to accept President Lindgren’s appointments as listed above carried
with all ayes.
President Lindgren’s Appointments to the Plan Commission are Lynn Van Winkle, Randy
Shelton, and Patrick Esker. A Frankewicz/Gehrke motion to accept President Lindgren’s
appointments carried with all ayes.
President Lindgren’s Appointments to the Board of Appeals are Daniel Hiipakka and Lana
Wilbur. A Shelton/Kalepp motion to accept President Lindgren’s appointments carried with all
ayes.
President Lindgren’s Appointments to the Library Board are Louise Olszewski and Alicia
Wilson. A Frankewicz/Gehrke motion to accept President Lindgren’s appointments carried with
all ayes.
President Lindgren’s Appointments to the O-W Police Disciplinary Committee are Christopher
Lulloff and Daniel Hiipakka. A Kalepp/Frankewicz motion to accept President Lindgren’s
appointments carried with all ayes.
A Kalepp/Shelton motion to adjourn at 6:17 p.m. carried with all ayes.
