Box A * Withee, Wisconsin 54498 The Village of Withee Board met on July 24, 2024, in the Municipal Building, Conference Room at 5:15 p.m. for a Special Board meeting. ROLL CALL President Lindgren called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by Trustees Lindgren, Shelton, Mueller, Kalepp, and Kroeplin. Clerk Niemi recorded the minutes. Also present was Cindy Cardinal. ABATEMENT INVOICES FOR 805 DANIA STREET A Shelton/Kalepp motion to approve paying the invoice from H&A Towing for towing the blue Chevy truck to the O-W police department for $100 and the invoice from Adam’s Removal for $15,000 for abating items from 805 Dania Street carried with all ayes. There are more expenses to be applied to the abatement of 805 Dania Street for: legal, notice for advertising of selling items, and service from the building inspector condemning the blue tarp building. Chief Fehlman is going to follow procedures for selling items of value and those receipts will be applied to the abatement costs.
