DATED: 8-6-25 NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF WONEWOC There was a meeting of the Water & Sewer Committee at the Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 5:00 p.m. 8-6-25. Call-in phone number: 608-489-1103, Code 449403 Registered: MINUTES Roll Call: Matt Schmidt - Y, Ed Decot -Y Also attending: Steve Roy, Lee Kucher, Dale Feldmann, Deb Ruetten & daughter, Julie Ott, Tonia Schuman, Sandy Preuss, Stephanie Fry 1. Motion at approve previous meeting minutes by Schmidt, 2nd by Decot - passed 2. Discussed the Public Service Commission questions and village answers from phone call held on Friday, 8-1-25. 3. Reviewed the two proposals for sewer rate charges. a. Residential Equivalent User b. Actual water gallon usage User 4. Motion by Schmidt, 2nd by Decot to contact outside consultants to get a possible 3rd sewer rate proposal – passed. Steve Roy agreed. 5. No discussion on how to include customers that do not use village water or any other variation of water/sewer usage. a. Fixed rate for Capital costs b. Fixed rate for Operational costs. 6.
