(Expenditures pertaining to the Local Government Travel Expense Control Act: None) 4) Approval of the Financial Statement ending November 30, 2023, as printed. 5) PRESENTATIONS: Mayor Stalcup will present Certificates of Appreciation to Patti Lash, Kristen Burns, Michele Mullins, and Erica Chalcraft for their dedication honoring Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty Nationwide. 6) REQUEST BY MAYOR FOR: A.
