(Expenditures pertaining to the Local Government Travel Expense Control Act: None) 4) PRESENTATIONS: Mayor Stalcup will present Certificates of Appreciation to Michele Mullins and Erica Chalcraft for their dedication honoring Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty Nationwide. 5) OATH OF OFFICE: City Clerk Danielle Sneed will administer the Oath of Office to newly appointed Probationary Police Officer Morgan Davis. 6) REQUEST BY MAYOR FOR: A.
