Paddle House Taproom as Phase 1. Phases II and III will add future 1,600 sf commercial buildings and some additional parking. Phase I will also construct two silo seating areas, three food pods based on containers, a covered seating area and small amphitheater with terraced seating. The site is functionally isolated on the east side of Lewis River Road (SR-503) while the Lewis River is on the East Side of the road. The site is in reach W-09 of the Lewis River and is designated as High Intensity. Zoning is Highway Commercial.
