Call to Order: 5:06 P.M.
Roll Call: Terri Butler (minutes), Ingrid Campos, Vicki Coe (Mitchell), Kit Colman (Co-Chair), Marcela Del Alcazar,
Elizabeth Fergason, Bev Iverson, Thomas Johnson (Co-Chair), Lisa Keith, Vanessa Nell, Corinne Ruokangas and Melissa
Cardinale (Town liaison)

Approve Minutes: April 11, 2024 (Approved as submitted)
Old Business:
1. Review May event - Woodside Elementary School – The students clearly enjoyed performing. They were
professional in the set up and the performance was excellent. In fact, we were told that it was the best
performance by the group ever! It was special for them to perform somewhere else other than school and for a
different audience. Thank you, Bev, for setting up such a super event highlighting the children of our
community.
2. Sign up for June event - Done.
3. Collect Hours – Done.
4. Subcommittee Reports – WHOA – The WACC sub-committee met and created a letter to WHOA outlining
what we could assist it with for the October event. Unfortunately, we do not have the staffing to fully produce
an art show for it as requested.
New Business:
1. Volunteer Fair (need 2 or more committee members) – A great opportunity to meet other committee
members. This will be held on June 20th, 2024. From 4:30 – 6:30. Thank you Marcela and Ingrid for
volunteering.
2. Review Calendar/Postcard discussion. Calendar Reviewed – no changes. Karen Peterson and Chris Costanza
were confirmed. Many ideas were discussed regarding advertising and will put on the agenda next month
further discussion of the mailing lists.
