introductions, instructions for public participation and reading of the HRC traditional opening
which includes the mission, associated terms and acknowledgement of the Nipmuc/First
People of Worcester:

the Chair, not to exceed 30 minutes total) *
2. Commission Business (approx. 6:05-8:00PM)
a. Approval of prior month(s) minutes.
b. Any announcements/acknowledgements/recognition.
c. Vice Chair Feldman’s statement regarding the pending lawsuit against the city relative to
mental health crisis responses.
3. Presentation by Justo Soto, Human Rights Specialist for the EODEI on the changes
resulting from the US Supreme Court Ruling on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and how
this will affect our residents and city.
