Call to order William “Bill” Nelson - Chair 2. Review and act on the acceptance of the June 2026 meeting minutes 3. Review and Approval of bills and expenses Commissioner – At-Large 4. Public Participation – email the LQC by the 28th if you wish to Vacant participate Commissioner – Shrewsbury 5. Commissioner Reports Michael Paika 6. Review and possibly take vote on going forward with Sacred Lotus 2nd herbicide treatment Commissioner – Worcester Dean Stamoulis 7. Review and possibly take action on Sacred Lotus Hydroraking proposals Shrewsbury Police Lieutenant Kevin Caviston 8. Discuss and possibly take action on the removal of a tree that has fallen into Flint Pond that is creating a potential navigational hazard. Worcester Police 9. Announcement of opening on LQC for commissioner position. All Sergeant Jeremy Smith interested please submit letter of intent with description of your involvement with the lake to the LQC by its’ August meeting, when a Shrewsbury Conservation selection vote will be held Commission 10. Update on MA State Senator, Ryan Fattman's Bill S.3099, requiring Kenneth Polito restrictions on Wake Boats operating in Massachusetts, and his response back to the LQC Grafton Conservation 11. Review and discuss possible action on unreported Bass Fishing Commission Events on the Lake Amyrah Arroyo 12. Update from Shrewsbury Town Manager, Kevin Mizikar on Mike Paika's May LQC meeting motion: to wait for Town Counsel's answer Worcester Conservation on Newton Pond dock applications and weed treatment before further Commission Mattie VandenBoom action taken 13. Review and possibly take action on the Quinsigamond Snake Regatta event application 14. Review and possibly take action on the Wormtown Chase Regatta event application 15. Update from Lake Quinsigamond Watershed Association 16. Update from Worcester Lakes and Ponds – Katie Liming 17. Review Correspondences 18.
