Wylie Economic Development Corporation Regular Meeting February 17, 2021 – 8:30 a.m. Council Conference Room - 300 Country Club Road, Building #100, Wylie, TX 75098 CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS Any member of the public may address the Wylie EDC Board regarding an item that is not listed on the Agenda. Members of le the public must fill out a form prior to the meeting in order to speak. Wylie EDC requests that comments be limited to three minutes for an individual, six minutes for a group. In addition, the Wylie EDC is not allowed to converse, deliberate or take action on any matter presented during citizen participation. Consider and act upon the award of bid for the F.M. 544 waterline extension to CalHar Construction, Inc. in the amount of $207,584 and further authorizing the Executive Director to execute any and all necessary documents. 3.
