BACK TO WORK PROGRAM Griffen Lewis would like to speak with City Council about Back to Work Programs for felons. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (3 and/or 4) and the following items: 1. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the following agenda items (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 and A4): • Ordinance O2015-02 Amendment to the Yuma City Code: Chapter 37 Taxation 2. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding proposed ordinances amending Title 11 of the Yuma City Code related to aggressive solicitation and crossing or stopping in a roadway.
