Oasis
Approve a Special Event Liquor License application submitted by
Barry Olsen, on behalf of the Caballeros de Yuma, for the Midnight at
the Oasis event. The event will be held at Desert Sun Stadium,
located at 1280 W. Desert Sun Drive, on Friday, March 6, 2015 from
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to
12:00 a.m., and Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

6. MC 2015-020 Bid Award: Cardiac Monitors - Certified Pre-Owned
Award to the sole bidder, for the purchase and delivery of Cardiac
Monitors - Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), a one-year contract with the
option to renew for four additional one-year periods, one period at a
time, depending on the appropriation of funds and satisfactory
performance. The following company will provide the seven cardiac
monitors and trade in-allowance for eleven at a cost of $92,200 (not
including tax): Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC., Henderson,

7. MC 2015-021 Agreement: Standard Ground Ambulance Agreement
Authorize execution of Standard Ground Ambulance Agreement
(Agreement) with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ). This
agreement will allow BCBSAZ to provide direct payment to the City of
Yuma for ambulance services the City provides to BCBSAZ

Authorize the City Administrator or his designee to execute an
intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the Yuma County
Intergovernmental Transit Authority (YCIPTA) to receive Federal
Transit Administration (FTA) grant pass through funds to plan and
design the historic Hotel Del Sol Multimodal Transit Center. (Public

1. ORD 2015-006 2013 Amendments to the Tax Code of the City of Yuma
Adopt the "2013 Amendments to the Tax Code of the City of Yuma",
which were declared a public record by Resolution R2015-01 at the

VII. SUMMARY OF CURRENT EVENTS
This is the City Administrator’s opportunity to give notice to the City Council of current events
impacting the City. Comments are intended to be informational only and no discussion, deliberation
or decision will occur on this item.
VIII. CALL TO THE PUBLIC
Members of the public may address the City Council on matters that are not listed on the City Council
agenda. The City Council cannot discuss or take legal action on any matter raised unless it is
properly noticed for discussion and legal action. At the conclusion of the Call to the Public, individual
members of the City Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the City
Council, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All
City Council meetings are recorded and videotaped.
IX. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal
advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (3 and/or 4) and the
following items:
