REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 18, 2015 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). II. THE ANTI GRAFFITI STRATEGY (TAGS) PROGRAM City Attorney, Steve Moore, Police Captain, Lisa Culp and Parks & Recreation Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, Ron Ramirez will present an update of the City's efforts as it relates to the TAGS program (graffiti), followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) CIP Administrator, Czarina Gallegos, will present a update of the projects covered in the Fiscal Year 2015-2019 CIP, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. IV. STEWART VINCENT WOLFE CREATIVE PLAYGROUND Update by City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, on the status of the playground rebuild including funding, time frames and related issues, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. V. ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR POSSIBLE DISCUSSION A. City Council report on meetings/events attended – City Council report on issues discussed in meetings/events attended by a City Council representative in their official capacity as the City’s representative during the period of February 4 to February 17,2015. City Council questions regarding the report must be limited solely for clarification purposes. If further discussion is warranted, the issue will be added to a future worksession agenda for a detailed briefing.
