MENTAL HEALTH COURT Presentation by Judge Nelson regarding the Mental Health Court, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A.
