City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, May 19, 2015 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers CALL TO ORDER I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 20, 2015 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). II. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) CIP Administrator, Czarina Gallegos, will present the Draft Fiscal Year 2016-2020 Capital Improvement Program and give an overview/status update of the funded projects during the noted fiscal years, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. IN-FILL INCENTIVES Laurie Lineberry, Director of Community Development will provide an overview of In-fill Incentives, including state law, what other Arizona communities are doing and some future possibilities for Yuma; followed by discussion and/or question from City Council. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A.
