City of Yuma City Council Citizen's Forum Agenda Tuesday, September 1, 2015 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. RECOGNITION OF LEGISLATIVE FRIENDS Mayor Nicholls and City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, will give recognition to Senator Lynne Pancrazi, Representative Lisa Otondo and Representative Charlene Fernandez who were chosen by the League of Arizona Cities and Towns as "Legislative Friends" for 2015. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the September 1, 2015 Citizen's Forum and Regular Worksession agendas and the September 2, 2015, Regular Council Meeting agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the ADOT language on Avenue 3E/Highway 95 Intergovernmental Agreement. (ARS 38-431.03 A3 and A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Riverfront contracts, Phase I and Phase II, and legal issues related thereto. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 and A4) C. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the legal matter of Munger v. Trabue, et al (COY).
