Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. RETENTION BASIN LANDSCAPING Kerry Jones wishes to speak with City Council about the landscaping and aesthetics of the retention basin at the corner of Parkway Drive and Ridgeview Drive, which includes the installation of a guard rail. II. CITY WEBSITE UPDATE Information Technology Services Director, Jim Hamersley, and Matt Molenar of MGM Design, will present the new City website to City Council. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: There are no Executive Session items scheduled for tonights meeting.
