City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, October 6, 2015 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 7, 2015 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). II. CABALLEROS DE YUMA ANNUAL REPORT Briefing by El Presidente, Bob Brown, of the Caballeros de Yuma regarding the association’s annual report, including current activities and strategic plans for the future, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. YUMA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT BOND/PROPERTY INFORMATION Toni Badone, Superintendent of Yuma Union High School District will present facts and information related to the district's potential sale of bonds and two properties. IV. CIVIC CENTER & DESERT SUN STADIUM UPDATE Director of Parks and Recreation, Debbie Wendt, will present an update of the activities and events at the Civic Center and Desert Sun Stadium since the repurposing of the fields, followed by discussion/questions from City Council.
