City of Yuma City Council Citizen's Forum Agenda Tuesday, April 5, 2016 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. YUMA FINE ARTS ASSOCIATION (YFAA) Renee Smith would like to discuss the efforts of the YFAA and how they impact the community, as well as how the support from the City and other local partnerships assist with the associations activities. II. FIRST AMENDMENT AREA John Gleason would like to discuss the limitations of the City's First Amendment policy. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the Yuma Fine Arts Association agreement. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 and A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Pivot Point Phase II DDA and Pivot Point Phase II Land and Improvement Lease.
