City of Yuma City Council Citizen's Forum Agenda Tuesday, April 18, 2017 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. COMMEMORATIVE STREET NAMING John Heiligenthal would like to discuss the possibility of placing a commemorative street sign titled "Education Way" on 24th Street, between Araby Road and Avenue 9E, due to this section of road housing schools that range from pre-school to college. II. PUBLIC ART Claudia de Foret would like to discuss her proposal for a city-wide exhibition that includes public programming in addition to her vision of promoting a sustainable contemporary art market. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the April 19, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the April 18, 2017 Regular Worksession and the April 18, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a bid protest related to the Fleet Services Maintenance Shop.
