Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. AMBERLY'S PLACE ANNUAL REPORT Dianne Umphress, Executive Director of Amberly’s Place, will give a briefing on the current programs offered and their strategic plan for the future; followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. II. 2017 MINI BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT Presentation by Kim Hamersley, Clean & Beautiful Commission Chair, regarding current and proposed community beautification programs, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN CIP Administrator, Czarina Gallegos, will present the preliminary Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program budget and give an overview/status update on funded projects; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 19, 2017 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a bid protest related to the Fleet Services Maintenance Shop.
