Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. There are no speakers scheduled at this time. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 21, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 20, 2017 Regular Worksession and the June 20, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding A.R.S. 49-746 and the Bid Award for the Residential Commercial Solid Waste Collection and Roll Off Services from the regular City Council Meeting agenda .
