City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, June 20, 2017 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. STAFF INTRODUCTIONS City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, will introduce the new Economic Development Administrator and Assistant City Attorney. I. STORMWATER REGULATIONS Engineering Manager, Andrew McGarvie, and Ibrahim Osman of Osman Engineering will give an overview of the regulations and City Stormwater Management Program that include current and new requirements, as well as recommendations and priorities for the future; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. LANDSCAPING REGULATIONS Director of Community Developement, Laurie Lineberry, and staff will give an overview of the proposed landscaping regulations; followed by City Council discussion and/or questions. III. AMBULANCE PROGRAM Fire Chief, Steve Irr, will provide an overview of the City Ambulance Program which includes supporting information regarding the need for a rate increase; followed by City Council discussion and/or questions. V. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 21, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 20, 2017 Regular Worksession and the June 20, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding A.R.S. 49-746 and the Bid Award for the Residential Commercial Solid Waste Collection and Roll Off Services from the regular City Council Meeting agenda .
