Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. There are no speakers scheduled at this time. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the December 19, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the December 18, 2018 Regular Worksession and the December 18, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding potential annexation of Mesa del Sol. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Salvation Army and former City property. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7) D. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a Preannexation Development Agreement with Territorial Real Estate, LLC., Park West Yuma Development, LLC., and Yuma Valley Land Company, LLC.
